The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, presented the guide for the installation and operation of the self -government rooms that will allow its establishment in the more than 5,300 communal circuits of the country.
During his participation in the high -level workshop of the popular government, the Head of State highlighted the importance of the instances of popular power to have self -government theaters.
“The initiative seeks to articulate all ways in which the people can reinvent, live and develop,” he said.
In his speech, Maduro stressed the need to eradicate the bureaucratism of the practice of the new State under construction.

6 thousand communes
Maduro explained that there are 5,338 communal circuits, which cover almost 100% of the territory. “From the most remote places to the most populated,” he said.
In that sense, he drew the goal, by 2027, to have 6 thousand consolidated communes “in his political process with democratic and revolutionary quality.”
On the other hand, he announced that the resources of the first National Popular Consultation 2025 will be awarded 100% in the next few days.
“Now, we prepare for the second consultation 2025, there must be the entire incorporated town, opinion and generating the new,” he said.
