Sucreño, from Flor del Monte, Arturo Luna, a biologist with an emphasis on biotechnology, microbiology, immunology, and biochemistry, was appointed this Sunday as the Minister of Science of the Petro government.
In his announcement, President Petro highlighted that Arturo Luna led the agenda in sustainable use for the transition to a low-carbon economy based on natural capital.
