In use of his constitutional and legal powers, President Laurentino Cortizo made changes to his government team this Thursday afternoon and appointed new authorities in the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Environment (MiAmbiente ), the State Radio and Television System (Sertv), the Supervision and Regulation of Non-Financial Entities Administration, the Traffic and Land Transport Authority (ATTT), the Public Registry and PROMTUR Panama.

Giselle González Villarrué was appointed Minister of Culture; Marta Elida Gordón is the new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Diana Laguna Caicedo is the new Vice Minister of the Environment; Dayra Carrizo Castillero will be the Supervision and Regulation of Non-Financial Entities Intendant and Carlos Boris Ordoñez director of the ATTT. The latter acted as director in charge.

In addition, Eddie Alonso Araúz Caballero was appointed as the new director of the State Radio and Television System (Sertv); Cindy Vanessa Monge Guerra as deputy director of the Public Registry; Katherine Luck Mateu and Jonathan Zelcer Eisenman as members of the Board of Directors of Promtur Panama.
