President Gabriel Boric convened the Political Committee of his Government at the Cerro Castillo Palace, in Viña del Mar. The traditional meeting takes place in the midst of the rejection that registered the constitutional accusation against the Minister of Social Development and Family, Giorgio Jackson.
Specifically, the instance is headed by the Head of State and the Minister of the Interior, Carolina Tohá; Segpres, Ana Lya Uriarte; Segegob, Camila Vallejo; of Women and Gender Equity, Antonio Orellana; Work, Jeannette Jara, and Treasury, Mario Marcel.
The focus of the meeting is set in view of an analysis of the first year of the Executive (it will take place on March 11) and thus be able to outline from now on the main axes that the President’s Government will have as of the aforementioned month.
The aforementioned ministers will stay in the building until next Friday morning, when the meeting resumes. After this, President Boric will return to the capital to attend an activity that he has scheduled for noon at the Palacio de La Moneda.
