SANTO DOMINGO.- President Luis Abinader heads his second work meeting this Tuesday morning at the headquarters of the Economic and Social Council (CES), the coordinating body of the Dialogue for reforms for institutional strengthening.
The president arrived at the Caribalico building, headquarters of the CES, around 10:00 am, to receive a progress report on the work of the 12 Thematic Tables and the Institutional Spaces of the Presidential Call for Dialogue.
It is recalled that the thematic tables began their meetings in mid-November.
Last week, the legal consultant of the Executive Branch, Antoliano Peralta Romero, assured that under no circumstances will the administration of President Abinader impose a reform of the Constitution, or any other of this importance, if it does not have the understanding and endorsement of political actors, especially those who have influence in the National Congress.
