President Abinader inaugurates the Pan American Union Institute field

He president Luis Abinader today Saturday led the opening of the basketball court roof of Pan American Union Institutelocated in the sector Miraflores of the National District, with a investment of RD$ 24,145,406.

The work is part of the “National Plan of School Field Roofing” developed by the National Institute of Physical Education (Inefi) and the School Infrastructure Directorate of the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (Minerd), as reported.

During the opening ceremony, the vice minister of Teacher Accreditation and Certification of Minerd, Francisco D´Óleo, said that the students of this educational establishment will be able to develop and combine their skills sports together with their humanistic, academic and ethical competencies.

He stated that with this effort of the current administrationthe creation of safer and more appropriate spaces for activities sports, cultural and academic students.
