Santo Domingo.– The president Luis Abinaderdismissed the rector of the Technological Institute of the Americas (ITLA), Rafael Feliz Garcíathrough the decree no. 39-26.
In accordance with the provisions of the article 1 of the decreethe article 13 of decree no. 390-24of the July 17, 2024by which he designated Happy Garcia as rector of that higher education institution.
The provision is part of the constitutional powers of the Executive Branch and is framed within the evaluation and institutional strengthening processes driven by the Government Dominican.
