President Luis Abinader delivered yesterday in the Samaná province 200 titles out of a total of 437 that it planned to deliver in that town, in an act in which it was reported that in the current government management 50,143 property title certificates at the national level.
“Without the work and day-to-day dedication of the Government, this does not work out. Today we have more than 400 titles, we are going to deliver about 200 today, because the others were not located and have some difficulties, but in reality there are almost 900 titles around the city of Samaná that have this difficulty and which we are working on”, Abinader explained.

He specified that he decided to deliver those titles yesterday, December 23, one day before Christmas Eve, to bring joy to the families of Villa Salma, La Mezcla and El Millón, “who had been waiting for years for this to be the Christmas gift from the Government to this municipality of Samaná”.
Merido Torresdirector of the Technical Executing Unit for State Land Titling, said that the beneficiaries saved around RD$34,960,000 in the procedures which will be assumed by the Government.
