Santiago. President Luis Abinader He challenged the opposition to debate statistics on the works and achievements of the Government, promising to present them in his rendering of accounts tomorrow before the joint meeting of the legislative chambers.
The president expressed himself in these terms when pronouncing a few words during the inauguration of 110 homes of the “Mi Vivienda Los Salados” Project in the Los Salados sector of this city of Santiago.
“I am not going to go into much statistics because if they wanted numbers or statistics, they should wait for 27, because on 27 they will hear irrefutable numbers and if they want to compare, we will give them some numbers to compare,” said Abinader.
The president expressed that with this delivery 110 new families will live in conditions of dignity, specifying that he is repaying a government debt with Santiago.
Abinader stressed in the same way that the Government is building two other housing projects in this city, apart from the current one that consists of 700 apartments.
The Head of State congratulated the Minister of Housing for the quality and speed with which the housing project is executed, while specifying that only budgetary limitations stand in the way of his decision to give Santiago what the communities deserve.
In addition to President Abinader, the act was headed by the Minister of Housing, Carlos Bonilla and Samuel Pereyra, general manager of the Reserve Bank.

Present were the Provincial Governor, Rosa Santos; Senator Eduardo Estrella; the director of Proindustria, Ulises Rodríguez, Víctor D’Aza, of the Dominican Municipal League, as well as the engineer Andrés Burgos, director of Coraasan, among other officials.
President Luis Abinader began a busy schedule this Saturday in this city of Santiago, Moca, the provinces, Espaillat and La Vega.
The first activity began at 11:37 in the morning with the delivery of the apartments in the Los Salados sector of Santiago.

Then, the Head of State presided over the inauguration of the La Cumbre-Hermanas Mirabal highway at the Monument to the Mirabal sisters along the Gregorio Luperón tourist highway.
While in Moca, Abinader would lead the inauguration of the Moca-Salcedo-Tenares highway in an act at the Cruce de Chero and in La Vega, he will start the construction of multiple EGEHID works.
