Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader appointed by decree 654-24 Benny Euripides Metz Muñoz as president of the National Disability Council (CONADIS) and Alexis Antonio Alcántara Dionicio as executive director of that same institution.

He is a lawyer, with studies in international relations. He has a master’s degree in Economics and International Trade from the Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Teacher (PUCMM) and the Sorbonne University of Paris, France.

Likewise, he has a Master’s Degree in Business Legal Consulting and is president of the Legal Commission of the Dominican Football Federation 2020 and president of the Temístocles Metz Foundation in honor of his father.

For his part, Alexis Alcántara has a degree in law and naval sciences, graduated from the Naval Academy of the Navy of the Dominican Republic.
