Servimel, residence of older adults is inaugurated tonight
Pointing to quality and excellence in the care of older adults, Servimel will present an ambitious entrepreneurship.
Tonight will be inaugurated residence of older adults in an act that will be attended by authorities, media representatives and special guests.
“Servimel is a company that is installed 9 years ago in the middle. We started with a project to provide home care to the Melo hospital, role we were serving during these 9 years. Today we reinvent ourselves to reach the city with another project, consisting of a residence of high -level older adults ” advanced the Nurse Alejandra Souza.
“In what we are going to try to excel as to the stereotypes of the residences is that it is a high -level establishment. People can take their parents or grandparents so that they are in the best facilities there may be: heated rooms, 24 -hour video surveillance, nursing 24 hours and possibilities to visit the family during the 24 hours respecting the schedules of each resident ” added the Nurse Gonzalo Idiarte.
“Those who stay there will have music, art, yoga and gymnastics, all for the stimulation of the elderly” assured. “Everything is adapted for the elderly: doors, windows, the patio, we have emergency exit, firefighters and we are doing the procedures before the Ministry of Public Health” One of Servimel’s main ones reported.
A completely prepared team
Souza said the technical direction will be in charge of a doctor. In addition, there will be other professionals such as social assistant, nutritionist and physiotherapist in case the resident needs it. “It is an extremely complete service where our priority is the good attention and tranquility of the family that the elderly will be in a safe place” commented.
The residence has a dimension of about 520 square meters. “We want them to enjoy everyone from the facilities” Idiarte said. “Today we have capacity for 15 residents. We do not want to exceed that number to maintain the quality of the service. Adults need their space and we will respect it ” affirmed to THE PROFESSIONAL RADIO.
Different types of stay
There is a variety in terms of the types of stay. There is the temporary stay, the transient or holiday, the permanent stay and there is also room for people to attend only to carry out the different activities. “It will have a priority who is with permanent or holiday stay, but otherwise in the afternoon shift they can go to perform gymnastics, yoga, art and music at the schedules that will be stipulated” Alejandra Souza detailed.
“We have different types of accommodation” accurate. “In total there are 4 bedrooms that are stipulated for 4 people, but we have different modalities. There are people who may want fewer people, in which case the cost will be different, but there may be a person in a room. The limit is 15 residents ” insisted.
In the rooms there will be no televisions because it is pointed out to be a space for rest.
The Servimel residence is promoting a marriage room that has other comforts.
“At the time of activities you have to integrate all to be able to share together. It is not that the person locks himself in his room and remains alone ” Gonzalo Idiarte said.
