This means that Daikin is committed to making its air conditioners much more efficient, using refrigerants that do not contribute to greenhouse gas generation, while keeping them affordable.
Daikin has already announced that it is ready to present equipment with R32 in the region, a state-of-the-art refrigerant that reduces the environmental impact since its components do not affect the ozone layer and its global warming potential (GWP) or heat retention in the atmosphere, it is 30% less than that emitted by hydrocarbons such as R-410A, the most widely used refrigerant on the market.
