The PR Infrastructure Consortium (composed of EPR and Perfin Voyager Fundo de Investimento) won the auction for another lot of Integrated Highways of Paraná. The event was held this afternoon (23) at the headquarters of B3, the São Paulo stock exchange, and was attended by the Minister of Transport, Renan Filho, and the governor of Paraná, Ratinho Junior.
This is lot 4 of a series of six concessions jointly promoted between the federal government and the government of Paraná, through the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT). The last competitions should end on October 30th, with the sale of lot 5.
Four companies presented proposals for lot 4 of the Paraná Integrated Highways. Initially, the proposals were presented on sealed paper by the companies, with Motiva (formerly CCR) offering 9.14% on the toll fee discount; Mota-Engil offering 6.23%; the PR Infrastructure Consortium offering 18.52%; and Reune Rodovias Holding offered 21.20%. As there was more than one proposal presented, the auction was sent to open outcry and, at this stage, Mota-Engil and Motiva were left out as they presented the lowest discount offers on the toll.
Over the open outcry, Consórcio Infraestrutura PR made the only bid of the day and won the auction with an offer of 21.30%, beating Reune Rodovias Holding.
