The Post Office announced this Monday (9) the test locations for the national public exam to fill 3,511 vacancies, 3,099 of which are for postman positions and 412 immediate vacancies for state-owned analysts, with different professional profiles.Post office announces exam test locations on Sunday

The candidate must consult the website from the Brazilian Institute of Training and Capacity Building (IBFC)organizing committee of the event. The place where participants will take the exam is now available in the Convocation Card and Test Location tab, accessible with the Individual Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF).

The evidence

The tests are scheduled for next Sunday (15), in 306 locations across all regions of the country. According to the call notice, the gates will open at 12pm and closing is scheduled for 12:45pm. The start of the test is scheduled for 1pm.
Candidates must appear at the test locations with an identity document printed with a photo, as well as a ballpoint pen with blue or black ink.

The test for higher-level positions (analyst) will have 50 questions from the following subjects: Portuguese language; mathematics; computer skills; code of ethical conduct and integrity; specific knowledge. In total, these questions will have a maximum score of 60 points.

According to the noticethe discursive test of up to 30 lines, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, will be evaluated on a scale of 0 to 10 points.

Only the discursive tests of candidates who were qualified in the objective test and who are classified within the limit of up to three times the number of vacancies will be corrected, which takes into account broad competition, vacancies for black/indigenous candidates and people with disabilities, by position/ specialty/locality.

Now for mid-level positionthe objective test (eliminatory and classificatory in nature) will have 50 multiple-choice questions on Portuguese language, mathematics, computer skills, general knowledge and code of ethical conduct and integrity.

Post Office 2024

Almost 1.7 million candidates signed up for the 3,511 vacancies in the Correios 2024 public competition. The number of candidates exceeds by 55% that of the company’s last national competition, held in 2011.

Of the total number of applicants, more than 1.5 million are registered in the mid-level notice, for the position of Post Office agent, and another 111 thousand in the higher-level notice, for the post of Post Office analyst.

Higher-level specialties are: lawyer, systems analyst, architect, archivist, social worker and engineer. For engineers and architects, salaries will be adjusted to meet the legal minimum for the categories, currently at R$10,302.

The starting salary for those approved at mid-level (postman) will be R$2,429.26. For higher-level positions, the starting salary is R$6,872.48. The state-owned company also offers food/meal vouchers worth around R$1,400. In all cases. The company offers the possibility of subscribing to a health plan and supplementary pension.
