Liceo 2 closes 2025 with good indicators
In times of evaluations and balances, at the educational center in the southern zone, which is already planning the next school year with an increase in the number of groups, they are satisfied with the work done.
The indicators, both in promotions and dismissals, are very good at most levels. It has even been possible to reduce some figures that had set off alarm bells last year, such as in the 9th year of EBI.
“Re-registrations for the year 2026 have begun. As is customary, we always contact all families, we update data, we update the reports that it is necessary to always have on hand for the good of the students” expressed the Professor Andrés Leles Da Silva.
“Last Tuesday the closure and evaluation of the Free Assisted Program, while that of the PUE was the previous week, therefore, we already have the number of discharges” held.
TERMINATIONS AND PROMOTIONS
“We always value teamwork a lot and here in this Lyceum that is a particularity, I am not saying that in others it is not, but it is up to me to talk about number 2. We have a very committed teaching group, with very good use of those spaces, in our case of permanence and in what has to do with the group of Affiliates, the POPs and the hours of support that were provided this year” highlighted the Director of High School No. 2. “This helps a lot to be able to sustain the students’ projection in their academic development” he added.
“In 7th grade, only 8 students out of 227 repeated the course. Of those 8, 5 are disengaged” he pointed out. “Of those 5, one of the little ones disengaged due to distance issues. We were never able to reconcile the approach to a nearby rural school so that he could follow the course through CREA” basis.
“In 8th grade, out of a total of 228 students, 15 were repeated. In 9th grade, which is a core year that last year gave a lot of work, but this year some strategies were developed to minimize that. Although the number is high because 228 students repeated 36, there are many disengaged students. Specifically, of the 36 who repeated, 19 are disengaged.” reported. “Many overage students, students to whom we gave a chance to be able to retain them in the institution and re-enroll them again but they did not sustain, are inserted in the labor market, many of them are already reaching the age of majority these days” broad.
“In the 1st year of Higher Secondary Education, in a generation of 168 students, only 3 students repeated. In the 2nd year of Higher Secondary Education, we are talking about a generation of 158 students with a repetition rate of 12 or 13 students, which skyrockets because it is by subject” Leles Da Silva specified. “In the 3rd year of Higher Secondary Education, at graduation, we have over 100 students who are Bachelors today” confirmed to THE DIARY PROFESSIONAL.
“In the Special Programs, the PUE exceeded 68% promotion and the Free Assisted Program exceeded 78% promotion” he remarked. “The latter was a challenge for us this year, a new Program that could or could not be accepted. We greatly celebrated the 4th year students who promoted 85% because they were the ones who came from the PUE, the continuity that we were looking for. We are achieving it. In that smaller number that fell by the wayside, the labor factor had a notable impact” said.
MONDAY 22, CLOSING ACT OF COURSES
“On Monday the protocol closing ceremony will be carried out” announced the Director of Lyceum 2. “It is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Summer Theater. If the weather factor is not with us, we will move to the Technical School Gymnasium” he commented.
“There, in that ceremony, the graduation certificate will be given to those 108 students who completed high school to date” stressed Professor Andrés Leles Da Silva.
