The Presidency of Peru informed through his social networks that Pope Francis sent a letter to the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte. The writing is on the occasion of the political and social crisis that is currently being experienced in the country.

“The president @DinaErcilia Boluarte received a letter from @Pontifex_es where the Holy Father raises his prayers to fill Peruvians “with a time of blessings and a stable and lasting peace”, it reads in the post.
The letter was delivered by Monsignor Guillermo Inca Pereda, deputy secretary general of the Peruvian Episcopal Conference, during the meeting held by the president with leaders of various churches in Peru.
