Politicians of the three main political parties: Modern revolutionary (PRM), Force of the people (FP) and Dominican release (PLD) have challenged the Central Electoral Board (JCE) who has called them to stop their Proselitist campaign for being out of time.

PRM
The PRM is the most politically speaking and has mobilizing six presidential applicants: Carolina Mejía, Eduardo Sanz Lovatón (Yayo); David Collado, Welligton Arnaud, Tony Peña and Guido Gómez Mazara.

Resolutions
On February 5, the JCE announced the resolution that remembered the parties, political movements and the citizens that, according to the laws, the pre -campaign periods and campaign have not yet initiated.
At that time he called the politicians to be responsible, because otherwise they would be sanctioned by virtue of the provisions of article 308 of Law 20-23 of the electoral regime and article 78 of Law 33-18.
Pre -campaign 2027
While on Friday, for the second time the JCE warns organizations that the electoral pre -campaign for 2028 will begin on the first Sunday of July and will end with the choice of candidates.
The Central Electoral Board indicates that it will act in this regard, for understanding that political promotions outside the legal deadlines could lead to the illegality of the candidates and candidacies.
