We are presenting the country with a clear proposal, which we are going to qualify as liberal. “We are aware that there are other opposition candidates or pre-candidates who have different offers, but we want us all to present the options to the citizens and for them to choose which opposition candidate they want to end the authoritarianism of the MAS,” Roca explained to this newspaper. .
