Cojedes State Police officials arrested Yusmely Castro, 25 years old, who at the time of detention carried 42 wrappers of alleged drugs, the incident occurred in the Petare sector of the Pao municipality.
After his arrest, 30 regular wrappers were seized packaged in white synthetic material of presumed drugs (crack), in addition, 12 regular wrappers content of (Crippy) and tickets in bolivars of several denominations.
Through intelligence and research tasks, the detention of the lady was materialized who was allegedly with her partner alias El Jurepe, to the commercialization of the alleged drug in the Petare sector of the Pao, affecting the entire community.
The director of this security body, Agusmil Fernando Mendoza, explained that the capture was made thanks to a complaint of the community, whose inhabitants have been affected by the situation and decided to denounce in the security agencies.
Mendoza stressed that they will continue with the investigations to find the whereabouts of the couple of the detained woman, who managed to escape while the operation was carried out.
Mendoza urged the general population to denounce any situation so that in this way in a joint work they manage to eradicate this and other crimes in the area and in all Cojedes, “preserving at all times the integrity, especially of the children in the communities,” Mendoza emphasized.
Also, Mendoza reported that the citizen was made available to the Public Ministry of the State.
