An official of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), identified as Angelica Yasleli Prieto (22), was arrested for her alleged involvement in the murder of Alinor María Pérez Bohórquez (20), three months pregnant, and her partner Manuel José Bracho Méndez (19), reported the Cicpc on its Instagram.
This event occurred at the entrance to the victims’ residence, located in the Villa Lago Sur residential complex, San Ramón sector, San Francisco municipality, Zulia state.
Luis Maiker Tapia Oberto (25) and Gloria Magaly Concho Prada (67) were also arrested for this double homicide. A fourth participant in the event was killed and was recorded as Orlando Rafael Tapia Oberto.
The Cicpc determined that Wilmer Antonio Matos Atencio (63), still to be arrested, is the intellectual author of the double homicide. This subject presents a red notice from Interpol for homicide, extortion and criminal association, among others.
Matos Atencio is a rival of Guillermo Rafael Boscan Bracho, alias Yiyi Boscan, who lives in the United States from where he runs a criminal organization that collects vaccine from Zulia merchants and businessmen.
And by virtue of that Yiyi-Matos enmity, the latter planned to assassinate relatives of Boscan Bracho. In this sense, he identified Manuel Bracho, Yiyi’s cousin, and ordered him to be killed. For this, he contacted Luis Tapia, Orlando Tapia, Juan Manuel Prieto Tey (18) and a 17-year-old boy, both still to be arrested; to carry out the crime.
These subjects studied the routine of the Pérez-Bracho couple for whom they waited in the early hours of the morning to kill them with firearms, reported the Cicpc.
The police officer cooperated in planning the murders while Gloria, Juan Manuel and the 17-year-old boy provided their phones to carry out the act. Yohander Naca Peña (40), facilitator of the vehicle and weapons, remains to be arrested.
