A new traffic accident leaves two police officers badly injured. The event was recorded in the native community of Poeyas, a few meters from the Cacazú River, between the towns of Puerto Bermúdez and La Merced, when the troops were transferring a body that was to be admitted to the Central Morgue of Chanchamayo.

From the first reports, it is known that the police truck fell into a 40-meter abyss, at kilometer 84+000 of the Fernando Belaunde Terry highway, where the police unit fell. The incident occurred yesterday morning.
After the mishap, both occupants of the vehicle, identified as Fridman Pomahuali Camayo and Damiel Isminio Meza, ended up with serious injuries.

The same fate befell the relatives of the deceased, identified as Erasmo Marino Yallico Machari (39) and the minor Yilmi YC (16) being helped by carriers and other police units, who quickly transferred them to the nearest hospital.
