Lawyer Yader Morazán assures that one of the people who testified against Marlon Gerardo Sáenz, known as “El Chino Enoc”, is Deputy Commissioner Rolando José Ortega, head of Ballistics of the National Police Criminalistics Institute, and an ardent defender and propagandist for Daniel Ortega, as can be seen in some photographs that have been published by the former judicial official.

Morazán has also revealed that the policeman’s wife is a judge of Violence in Jinotega and her daughters are secretaries in the Judiciary, also under the total control of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo.

Police officer Ortega was in charge of testing the alleged weapons found on Sáenz, who is being prosecuted for the crimes of “illegal transportation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and other controlled substances; illegal carrying or possession of firearms or ammunition; and manufacture, trafficking, possession and use of restricted weapons, explosive substances or devices”, although Sáenz, a self-confessed Sandinista paramilitary, was taken by the Police from his home in Condega, Estelí, and transferred directly to the Directorate of Judicial Assistance, El Chipote, in Managua.

Morazán denounces that Chino Enoch “was also taken from his natural judge, and taken to the Managua courts. There was also no photographic fixation and uprising at the “crime scene” indicated in the accusation (Km 165.5 Pan-American Highway, Las Naranjitas region, Estelí Department)».

“Both Chino Enoch and his companion Franklin Salgado Amador are in poor health and after being evaluated by a forensic doctor, they have requested to be referred to a hospital, as recommended by the forensic doctor. The trial opened on 09/07 and will continue on 09/27/22”, adds the specialist in the administration of justice.

On September 6 and 7, the trial against the former Sandinista guerrilla began, where the Prosecutor’s Office presented five Ortega Police officers, who claimed to have captured Chino Enoc on May 18, while he was traveling in a vehicle, in Estelí, with 7 , 241 grams of cocaine, two AK rifles and a 38 caliber revolver.

Two days before being kidnapped —May 16—, Chino Enoc had denounced on his social networks the siege by the Ortega Police, to the point that they would not even let him leave his house, so at that time a protest was declared. prisoner under house arrest.

The Chinese Enoc is a sympathizer of the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) who has sworn allegiance to the dictator Daniel Ortega, however on different occasions he has criticized and shown his rejection of Rosario Murillo, whom he accuses of being a “usurper” who he has stolen the Sandinista party. After his statements against the deputy president, the siege against him intensified until he was captured.
