On Wednesday afternoon, the General Directorate for the Repression of Illicit Drug Traffic managed to seize over 3700 ecstasy pills with Sprite soda logo. The drug was distributed in three different locations in the Buceo neighborhood.
The Macedonian operation was brought under investigation by the prosecutor Maria Falcomer and already has three detainees during these three raids.
According to what Telemundo (Channel 12) learned and confirmed The Observer, the 3,738 ecstasy pills were seized from a tattoo parlor, an apartment and a restaurant, all of them in the same area. At the moment there are only three people detained in these raids.
The Macedonian Operation began last November and already has 17 detainees, counting these last three. In these raids, seven cars, almost $300,000, four firearms and 130 ammunition, cell phones and a motorcycle were seized.
Regarding drugs, in addition to ecstasy, a kilo of marijuana was found, 241 grams of cocaine, seven grams of methamphetamine, 49 grams of remains of a powdered substance of various colors, 49 grams of pieces of ecstasy pills, LSD and base paste of cocaine. The value of the narcotics seized is approximately 70 thousand dollars in the local marketaccording to the Ministry of the Interior.
