The National Police, through its operational articulations, seized three firearms, 38-caliber revolvers, with a total of 10 ammunition in the Altos de Los Lagos Lagos sector, in the province of Colón.
The urban patrols carried out by the police units also reported the discovery of some 8 bags with presumed marijuana, a digital scale, among other indications that were placed at the orders of the competent authorities.
Major Edin Álvarez, Executive of the Community Preventive Unit, referred to the operational results where these illegal weapons and illicit substances were removed from circulation, which remained hidden in the back of a commercial premises.
The National Police continue with these operational and preventive actions, with the mission of maintaining order and peace in the province of Colón. In turn, it urges citizens to report the various crimes to 104 or 475-7053 or 7052, where their complaints will be treated confidentially.
