The National Police seizes 323 packages of what are presumed to be drugs in a residence located in Brisas del Golf, Loma del Golf sector, as a result of an operation that surprises a network of people, all of Panamanian nationality, involved in alleged drug trafficking. illegal activities, said Commissioner Adolfo Pérez, head of the Rufina Alfaro Police Zone.
During the procedure, nine people were arrested, including a woman and an active member of the National Police, who was allegedly involved in this illicit activity.
In addition to the alleged packages of drugs, which were distributed in several bags, the uniformed officers located a firearm, pistol type, and other evidence related to the case, which were confiscated.
The investigation continues and it is expected that those involved will be brought before the judicial authorities. Meanwhile, the National Police reiterates its commitment to combating crime, regardless of the identity of those responsible.
