Police rescue a man deprived of freedom from Colón

Police units in association with the Public Ministry recovered a man who had been deprived of his liberty in the province of Colón safe and sound in the Gatuncillo Norte sector.

According to the case, the 48-year-old victim had been reported missing since June 9 of this year, being recovered this Sunday.

At the time of the location, he was in good health and out of danger. After his recovery, coordination was carried out with the Organized Crime Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding procedures.

The operational actions were presided over by the General Director of the National Police, Jhon Dornheim, Deputy Director of the DIJ, César Pitty, and the Chief of the Colón Police Zone, Jorge Domínguez, in conjunction with the Public Ministry.
