They occupy more than 10 thousand units of vehicle parts and accessories

Agents of the National Policeattached to the Central Directorates of Investigation (DICRIM) and Prevention, occupied more than 10,000 thousand units of parts and accessories to stolen vehicles.

This, during a joint intervention carried out in a place on Ernesto Gómez street, located between María Montez and Moca, in the Villa Juana sector, in the National District.

With this dismantling, there are two interventions of this type carried out during this month of March in Villa Juana.

Several men who were engaged in the theft and illegal sale of parts and accessories stolen from vehicles that were parked on public roads were arrested at the scene.

Thousands of rear-view mirrors of vehicles with and without caps of different colors and brands have been recovered in the occupations, as well as glass, rear-view mirror caps, missing covers, grills, ring centers, logos, covers and lenses, among others.

The intervention of the afternoon today in the aforementioned clandestine premises materialized after an investigation.

The National Police specified that in coordination with the corresponding authorities, it will make an inventory of the recovered parts and accessories, in order to proceed with their return.
