Mao, Valverde.-The National Police investigate the causes of a voracious fire that this afternoon devastated seven breeding ships of chickenswhere 12 thousand birds were burned.
The incident occurred in the area of El Paso del Cruce de Guayacanes, in the Valverde province.
To put out the fire at the chicken farm, owned by Franklin Jeovanny Núñez Aurelio, 49, and Octavio Mercedes, 56, it was necessary the presence of members of the fire departments of the communities of El Mamey, Esperanza, Laguna Salada and of the municipality of Mao.
