A plainclothes policeman starred in an act that harms him even more in a judicial process for allegedly carrying a weapon without proper documentation.
This is Samir BR, from whom a revolver-type weapon was seized, which he allegedly hid in a vehicle.
This police officer was arrested by uniformed officers of the institution assigned to the Riohacha branch, La Guajira.
In a room, an agent read him his rights, telling him the reasons for his arrest and that he could seek a lawyer or, in a given case, if he did not have the resources, the state granted him the right to one.

It was in one of those moments when the uniformed man spoke, when suddenly, the man dressed in a red shirt, jeans and red sneakers, rushed against the policeman to try to snatch his gun.
Other police officers who were in the closed area prevented the subject from taking the revolver from the uniformed officer.

After this fact, the police officer committed another crime and it is “violence against a public servant”, which he was notified of.
According to the plainclothes policeman, he does carry the necessary documentation to have that weapon.
