The National Police, through the rapid intervention of the blockade points, managed to apprehend two people allegedly involved in a robbery with a firearm perpetrated against a commercial premises, located in the Albrook Mall Shopping Center.
During the pursuit and blockades on the escape routes, the alleged assailants were neutralized along Calle Tomás Guardia and made available to the competent authorities.
A firearm with its respective ammunition, among other indications, were seized at the aforementioned place.
Commissioner Bill Rodríguez, Chief of the Canal Police Zone, indicated that the National Police maintains permanent operations to catch the transgressors of the Law. In turn, to strengthen order and peace in the residential and commercial sectors of the corregimiento de Ancon and throughout the country.
