According to security agencies, Garbys Ochoa, alias El Garbys, would be the alleged perpetrator of said attack. This is because the police module is located in a residence that belonged to the offender.
After the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro I operation, carried out in July 2021 by the different police divisions, the aforementioned home was seized. In that operation, the leaders of the criminal gang that operated in Cota 905 fled. They were: Carlos Calderón (El Vampi), Garbys Ochoa and Carlos Revette (El Koki), among others.
According to intelligence information, El Garbys would be hidden between the Miranda regions of Barlovento and Valles del Tuy. From there, he maintains contact with “Dimas”, a subject established in Cota 905.
