During the operation of the Central Subdirectorate of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM) in Santiago, four men identified as were arrested as Juan Danilo Mars Riveras69 years; José Manzueta Vásquez (aka José Luis)50; Jacobo Rodríguez Guillén (aka Caquito)63; and René Antonio Sánchez Aquino61. The detainees reside in different locations, including Santo Domingo, Yamasá and Villa Altagracia.
