Police capture one of the most wanted in King County

The National Police through the National Intelligence Directorate and the Public Ministry captured Miguel Ángel Álzate González, one of the most wanted, required for the crime of Aggravated Intentional Homicide, as part of Operation Bastion, in Del Rey County.

According to the investigations, Miguel Ángel Álzate González, is allegedly linked to the event that occurred on December 2, 2022, where the body of a dismembered person was found, inside a vehicle that remained behind the Tuira and Chucunaque Buildings, located in the corregimiento of Bethania.

Commissioner Juan Arango, Chief of the San Francisco Police Zone, indicated that during the search procedure some B/. 6,620.00 in cash, noting that the Public Ministry continues with the investigations.

Álzate González was apprehended at a residence, located in Condado Del Rey, through a search procedure carried out by intelligence units.
