The National Police reported that agents from the Central Investigation Directorate (DICRIM) arrested a man accused of stealing a motorcycle, as well as physically assaulting his father, in incidents that occurred in the province of San Juan.
This is Charli Feliz Encarnación (a) Guibio, 30 years old, who was arrested by arrest warrant No. 1099-2023 for violating article 309-2 of the Dominican Penal Code, modified by Law 24-97.
According to the report preliminaryFeliz Encarnación (a) Guibio was captured when he was riding a Tauro brand motorcycle, model CG200, red, year 2015, license plate No. K2267603, which he had stolen from the front of the residence of a 30-year-old citizen.
Likewise, the detainee had a complaint against him for beating his father, in an incident that occurred in the La Cañita sector of the El Rosario municipal district, municipality Saint John of Maguana.
The detainee and the seized items were placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding legal purposes.
