Units of the National Police in association with the Public Prosecutor’s Office carried out a search warrant in the district of Arraiján, locating a member of the gang called Bagdag Casco Viejo who is serving an 87-month prison sentence for gang activity.
The raid was carried out at a residence in the Vista Alegre sector, where in addition to locating this person, drugs, money, a digital scale, a shredder and packaging elements for this substance were seized.
This person has been convicted of gang membership, a process of non-compliance with a precautionary measure, a new process for Drug-Related Crimes and, in addition, the man has been charged with crimes against the Legal Order, Family and Civil Status in the form of Domestic Violence.
