Earlier, the Polish Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, convened the Committee of the Council of Ministers for National Security after the explosion registered a few kilometers from the Ukrainian border, in NATO and European Union territory.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will chair a meeting on Wednesday the 16th in Brussels with members of the alliance to discuss the incident.
