Officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) carried out an operation in the Nuevo Horizonte sector, Sucre Municipality (Miranda), where the Jonaiker was killed.
Through a publication on his Instagram account, the PNB said that agents of the Motorized Division that spotted the subject participated in the aforementioned procedure, who initiated an exchange of shooting with the uniformed, in which he was dejected.
“The Jonaiker (…) allegedly was part of a criminal gang that had the area in anxiety,” says the police report where it is added that in the site of the events they seized a 380 caliber brown gun, without visible serial.

Another PNB procedure passed in Maracay (Aragua), specifically on Constitution Avenue crossing Ramón Narváez, where agents assigned to the Directorate of Strategic Research (DI) were patrolling, who faced a group of armed subjects, one of which fell dejected and identified as José Gregorio Carrera Echeverría (20), nicknamed the black. “The rest of the subjects managed to flee, who are pointed out to keep the community whipped with robberies or other crimes,” says the official report.
A similar procedure was carried out in sector 4 of Santa Inés, Rafael Urdaneta parish, Valencia municipality (Carabobo). On the site patrols officials of the Carabobo State Police, assigned to the La Isabelica Police Coordination Center, who gave the voice high to an armed subject who shot at the commission. The dejected is known for the nickname of El Cucarachón “and was a member of a structured organized crime group linked to multiple crimes, including homicide, robbery, extortion and trafficking of illicit substances, with operations in the Valencia Park Sector,” the Carabobeño police body said.
At the end of the fray, the officials collected on the site a Rossi caliber .38 mm revolver, without visible serial. The Public Ministry was informed of the procedures.
