A subject identified as Wilmer Tomás Ríos Viera, 50 years old, was arrested by officials of the Bolivarian National Police for allegedly abusing his two stepdaughters, minors, in the state of Aragua.
“The procedure was carried out in the Nueva Revolución sector of Múcura, a rural area of the Ezequiel Zamora municipality, after a rapid mobilization articulated through the Peace Quadrants,” says a publication from the Ministry of Interior Relations, Justice and Peace on its Telegram channel.
The arrest was made “after the neighbors, upon realizing the events, immediately contacted the authorities through the telephone lines assigned to the area’s quadrant.”
The case was brought to the attention of the Public Ministry, the entity in charge of carrying out the necessary investigations.
