By boat (the most common way)
- From Taganga:

- From El Rodadero:

Via Neguanje (combined option)
From Santa Marta to Neguanje by public transport:
- Take a bus from the Santa Marta market
- They leave every 20 minutes towards the entrance of Tayrona Park.
- Tell the driver that you want to get off at Basin
From Neguanje to Playa Cinto:
- Hike: approximately 40 minutes
