During the Zona Digital segment of the program Con Maduro+, the Vice President of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, announced that a platform was designed to upload all the proposals made by the Congress of the 5 Generations, and also stressed that starting Tuesday, September 10, the discussion spaces of all communities as protagonists in the construction of a better future will begin.
“A platform has been designed from a computer point of view, where all the proposals can be uploaded without any kind of distinction, so that they can be added to the different spaces for systematization discussions,” he said, adding that starting on September 16, spaces for debate will be incorporated at the level of the communal circuits, “a very important form of aggregation for the development of the different communities.”
He stressed that later there will be a space for debate in the states and the plenary session that will be held on October 4, 5 and 6. “There is a broad grassroots debate without any intermediary throughout the national territory, which calls upon the 5 generations, the 7 forces and additionally to discuss the 7 transformations. In each assembly we raise fundamental issues: The first is the political-ideological one, which has to do with the historical project of the country, the second with the territorialization of the 7T and the third the proposals to strengthen a more efficient government.
For his part, the coordinator of the 5 Generations, Francisco Ameliach, assured that the Communal Circuits have a leading role in the construction of a true Government Plan to achieve the integral well-being of the country. “This is the way to integrate the different fundamental government plans, where the communal circuits express the true needs of the people and thus mesh together for the development of the country.”
Increase in communes in 4 years
The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, recommended that a goal be established that includes the construction of more than six thousand communes in the country over the next four years.
“At this stage of construction, we have a defined level of all public policies and that construction is called communal circuit. Today we have 4,530, but in two years, we should have a construction of five thousand communes, as a level that adds to the 49 thousand communal councils, and the goal for four years would be about six thousand communes in an advanced state of consolidation,” he said.
Support for law against fascism
In another context, the head of State supported the bill against fascism that is being prepared by the National Assembly. “Venezuela has to make severe anti-fascist laws, because hatred, violence, division, and the persecution of people for their ideas, for their way of thinking, cannot proliferate here,” he indicated.
