The Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Felix Plasencia, responded this Friday to his Swedish counterpart Ann Linde, who met with Juan Guaidó and issued interventionist comments through his social networks.
After his statement, Plasencia responded on Twitter “Mrs. @AnnLinde refrain from intervening in matters of the internal politics of my country; from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela we reject the unfounded comments of the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Sweden », she said.
He added “the efforts of the Citizen President @NicolasMaduro in favor of dialogue are the true triumph that guarantees tranquility and peace. We regret this provocation of the Government of Sweden that disregards our democracy and sovereignty.
Finally, he rejected Sweden’s intentions to give legitimacy to obsolete interlocutors, “without a valid popular mandate. No one will be able to deviate Venezuela from the determined path of integral development and well-being”, she assured.
