Plan Amor en Acción serves more than 2,300 families in Petare

Through the Love in Action Plan for the Victims of the Economic Blockade, more than 2,300 families from the Cerritos Unidos Chávez por Siempre community of Petare were assisted.

The information was released by the People’s Power Minister for Urban Agriculture, Greicys Barrios, who explained that the people receive attention through missions and large missions, guided by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

The minister stressed that the community receives this event led by the Somos Venezuela Movement, guided by the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Social and Territorial Socialism.

Barrios announced that the care comes to complement the social care policies in the territory, which the Sucre mayor’s office has been carrying out “with medical care, education, personal care sessions, through the Youth of the Neighborhood movement, with a barber shop and what it means attention in general terms from the people who have victoriously resisted the attacks of the economic blockade”.

For his part, the mayor of the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, José Vicente Rangel Ávalos, highlighted “here we demonstrate once again that we are flying the flag of socialism.”

“All the attention that is being given here has to do with the human part, with attention to women, men, the elderly and children,” he said.

Likewise, he stressed that the flag of socialism that we defend, “is solidarity and love among all, union, hope, peace, different from the society of capitalism that is hate, inequality.”
