Given the decision of the previous administration of the Judicial Power of the Federation (PJF) headed by former Minister Norma Lucía Piña Hernández, not to budget resources and grant contracts for maintenance and service in the remainder of this year, courts and federal courts face technical problems so that new judges can work, since they are not registered in the institutional systems, which affects the list of matters to be resolved pairs in the case of collegiate courts or vent urgent issues.
In addition, printers or supplies are lacking for these, so that records, agreements or sentences cannot be printed, which materially makes it impossible to “develop activities in normal conditions”, indicate documents of the PJF.

Likewise, on September 16, Julio César Bravo Deza, secretary of the Ninth District Court in administrative matters in Mexico City, certified that “technical problems have been constantly presented with the functioning of the printers and multifunctional assigned to this Federal Court, as well as the lack of supplies (toner or pieces) for them, which materially makes it materially impossible for the impression of the records, agreements, agreements, sentences, sentences and any other.
