In this way, the court suspended the effects of the suspension measure dictated by the JNJ, which means that Delia Espinoza will be able to resume her work at the head of the Public Ministry. It is important to highlight that this position is currently held by Tomás Gálvez.
As recalled, the National Board of Justice (JNJ) ordered the suspension of Delia Espinoza for a period of six months. It should be noted that the suspension of the JNJ was taken after a hearing in which the head of the Public Ministry did not attend to present her defenses.
