PJ confirms ruling declaring inadmissible impediment to leaving the country against José Nava

Jose Nava Mendiola, son of Luis Nava, former secretary of the presidential office during the government of former President Alan García, will continue to be investigated without any type of severe restriction to his freedom, since the Judicial Power has confirmed the ruling in which the ruling was declared inadmissible. Request from the Prosecutor’s Office for an impediment to leave the country for 36 months and appearance with restrictions, according to RPP.
