The advisor to the rector of the National University of Piura (UNP) and the general director of Administration of the said university admitted the crime in the case of the bribe of 10,000 soles that the rector Santos Montaño Roalcaba allegedly received. Both voluntarily appeared in the process and submitted to early termination.
Juan Ademir Nima Villaseca, advisor to the rector, and Fátima Yanet Sandoval Oliva, general manager of Administration at UNP, assumed responsibility for the events and signed the provisional agreement for early termination.
This happened after learning that there was a preliminary arrest warrant against both people.
After signing the early termination, the arrest warrant was changed to appearance with restrictions for the two involved and the payment of a financial guarantee of 20,000 soles each, including the rector Santos Montaño Roalcaba.
It should be noted that they were involved in the case where the rector of the UNP Santos Montaño Roalcaba was recorded on video receiving 10,000 soles from Gabriel Avelino Ojeda Reyes, father of businesswoman Adriana Alexa Ojeda Gutiérrez.
Since then, Nima Villaseca and Sandoval Oliva were fugitives until yesterday, Monday, when they appeared at the trial and submitted to the legal proceedings.
