Jerson PCF and Kevin ANR, aged 23 and 29 respectively, were sentenced to 4 years and 2 months of suspended imprisonment for stealing a motorcycle in the province of Sullana.

The sentence was obtained by prosecutor Ygor Cruz Fernández from the Sullana flagrante delicto prosecutor’s office who, in 48 hours, obtained the measure subject to rules of conduct and the payment of civil reparation against both subjects for the crime of aggravated theft.
During the hearing of the sentence that was handed down by the Third Preparatory Flagrancy Investigation Court of Sullana, the criminal responsibility of both convicted persons was confirmed, who were seized in possession of the stolen vehicle.
The events were recorded on January 6, after the report of the theft of a Zongshen motorcycle, in the town center of Somate Bajo. Given this, the Police deployed an operation that allowed the vehicle to be located near the Chalacalá hamlet.
During the police intervention, those investigated were detained when they were moving the unit to the city of Sullana, achieving the recovery of the motorcycle and its subsequent making available to the corresponding authorities.
