It should be remembered that James Valdiviezo, who is detained in the cell where one of the bars had been cut, is being investigated by the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office Against Organized Crime of Piura, for allegedly belonging to the criminal organization “Los Gatilleros de la Perla.”
