About 50 fishermen from the El Ñuro cove blocked, this morning, the Panamericana Norte, in the province of Talara, after the Ministry of Production prohibited the fishing and commercialization of the giant manta ray.

Since early morning, dozens of fishermen gathered on the road to block the passage of vehicles. This situation continued until after 8:00 in the morning. Vehicles transporting passengers and food remained on the road waiting for the Police to clear access.
