This problem has been going on for several days and until yesterday, this problem was still continuing. “The smells are unbearable and even more so in this hot season. We have made demands for them to completely remove these waters, but until today (yesterday), they are still here,” said a resident of said area.
It is worth remembering that a few days ago, the Provincial Municipality of Sullana reported that, in coordination with the Eps Grau, they attended to the emergency generated by the failure of the drainage pumps in the pumping chamber located in Nueva Sullana, a situation that caused the overflow of wastewater on Tangarará Avenue, near the Superior Court of Justice of Sullana. In addition, they arranged for the movement of a hydrojet truck for suction and cleaning work in the affected area.
